Job Description:

PAM2 UK LTD is seeking a full-time Business Consultant to provide tailored consultancy services to our growing client base in the hospitality and small business sectors.

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct assessments in areas such as business development consultancy, food hygiene, fire safety, and licensing compliance.

• Assist clients in preparing documents for local authority submissions.

• Provide training to business owners and staff on compliance and operational efficiency.

• Support multicultural clients with a focus on the Turkish-speaking business community (knowledge of Turkish is desirable but not essential).

 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business consultancy or regulatory compliance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.

 

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Turkish language to communicate with a specific client group.

• Experience working with food sector businesses or start-ups.

• Familiarity with UK licensing or compliance procedures.
